Made ravioli 4 d first tym....no idea how should it taste but d outcome was not tat bad. I kind of followed d recipe frm masterchef india although replaced d asparagus sauce wid red sauce....impossible 2 find asparagus in udaipur..:( ....nd even harder 2 find authentic italian food. One more addition 2 my personal cookbook....hope I'll get a chance soon 2 relish d very popular dish of Italian cuisine..till den xoxo..:))
